Our Urbandale clinic is where Rise first began — a bright, welcoming space designed for kids to learn, play, and grow. Here, our multidisciplinary team offers speech, occupational, feeding, and academic tutoring services, all grounded in a child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Families love the variety of therapy spaces, including our sensory gym and play-based treatment rooms. Whether your child is working on communication, motor skills, or mealtime success, our Urbandale team is here to support their unique journey and celebrate every milestone along the way.
We also host a free monthly Parent Support Group, open to the public, as well as special interest groups in the spring and fall focused on topics like feeding, sensory processing, and early development. We’re thrilled to have expanded north to serve families in the Ames area! Our new Ames clinic is open and will begin by offering speech and feeding therapy.
This location is inside Complete Connection Chiropractic at Ames Fitness Center, with its own dedicated entrance at the front of the building for easy access. Just like our Urbandale location, Ames features a warm, child-centered environment that fosters connection, confidence, and joy in learning.
Our therapists bring Rise’s signature approach — relationship-based, play-driven, and family-focused — to help little ones make meaningful progress while having fun.
