How do I get started?Call or email Rise Pediatric Speech Therapy at office@risepediatricspeechtherapy.com to discuss your concerns and to see if your child may benefit from speech and language services. You can also fill out the Contact Us form here.
-
Do you accept insurance?Rise Pediatric Speech Therapy is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Wellmark, HealthPartners, Midlands Choice, and Medicaid (Amerigroup/Wellpoint, Iowa Total Care & Molina) insurance plans. However, we are out-of-network with all other insurance companies. We will provide you with a super bill, upon request, as a statement of your services. You can submit the superbill on your own behalf to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. We recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company.
-
Do I need a referral from my doctor? No. To receive an evaluation no referral is needed. We will send your individualized plan of care to your primary care physician to inform them of our recommendations.
-
What if I've received an evaluation elsewhere? If you have received an evaluation at another clinic, our therapist will need to complete their own evaluation to determine the plan of care and make sure all areas are addressed. We will work with you and the insurance company to see if additional evaluations will be covered.
